These terms apply to tours, day trips and activities booked with Camel Ride Trips, based at Hay My Driss, 1 Rue 05, Rissani, Morocco. Please read them before you book.
1. Quotes and booking
Every tour is private. We send you a written quote by email or WhatsApp with the itinerary, what is included and the price. Your booking is confirmed when we confirm it in writing and receive any deposit stated in your quote.
2. Prices and payment
Prices depend on group size, dates and the services you choose. The price in your written quote is the price you pay, with payment methods and due dates stated in the quote. What is included and not included is listed on each tour page and in your quote. Entrance fees, lunches, drinks and tips are not included unless your quote says so.
3. Changes and cancellations by you
Please tell us about any change or cancellation as early as possible, in writing. The deposit and cancellation conditions for your booking are set out in your written quote, and they apply to your trip. We always try to help, for example by moving your tour to another date when possible.
4. Changes by us
We may need to change a route, hotel, camp or timing because of weather, road conditions, safety or events outside our control. When this happens, we offer a service of similar standard. If we must cancel a tour ourselves, we offer you another date or refund the amounts you paid for the cancelled services.
5. Your responsibilities
- Bring a valid passport and any visa you need, and arrive on time at the agreed pickup point.
- Tell us before the trip about health conditions, mobility needs or dietary requirements.
- Follow the safety advice of your driver, guide and camp staff, especially for camel rides, quads, sandboarding and horse riding.
- Respect local customs, the desert and the people you meet.
6. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical care, cancellation and the activities you plan to do.
7. Activities and health
Desert activities involve some physical effort and natural risks. Take part only if you are fit to do so. Our team may refuse an activity if conditions are unsafe.
8. Liability
We arrange your trip with care and work with trusted local drivers, guides, camps and hotels. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, such as weather, strikes, border or road closures, or decisions of authorities. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.
9. Complaints
If something is not right during your trip, tell your driver or guide straight away, or message us on WhatsApp, so we can fix it on the spot. After your trip, write to contact@camelridetrips.com.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
