This policy explains what personal information Camel Ride Trips collects when you visit camelridetrips.com or contact us, why we use it, and your rights. Camel Ride Trips is based at Hay My Driss, 1 Rue 05, Rissani, Morocco. Contact: contact@camelridetrips.com, +212 669 576 091.
What we collect
- Booking and contact forms: your name, email address, arrival date, number of travelers and your message.
- WhatsApp and email: the messages, phone number and details you choose to send us.
- For your tour: details needed to run your trip, such as hotel or pickup address, flight times, and any dietary or health needs you tell us about.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send you a quote.
- To plan and run your tour, including sharing what is needed with your driver, guide, camp or hotel.
- To meet legal and accounting duties.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
Only with the people who help deliver your trip (our drivers, local guides, desert camps and hotels), with our email, website hosting and messaging providers, and with authorities when the law requires it. WhatsApp is run by Meta; its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not set advertising cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Links to Tripadvisor, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking information for as long as needed to run your trip and to meet accounting and legal duties, then delete it. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after a reasonable time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Write to contact@camelridetrips.com. In Morocco, personal data is protected by Law No. 09-08, overseen by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). If you are in the European Union, you also have rights under the GDPR.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and share it only with people who need it for your trip.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
